Company Information
Innovative Electric, Inc. was established in 1994. We hold General Contracting and Electrical Contracting Licenses in the States of Washington, Oregon and Idaho. We perform both Public and Private works contracts specializing in commercial and industrial installations. We are proud to offer our customers design-build services, as well as value engineering. Our goal is to make your project come out on time and within costs.

Warranty
All of the work we perform will fully meet and comply with the recognized industry standards for workmanlike installation. We warranty our work and all materials not covered specifically by a manufacturer's warranties for a period of one year from the date of completion. We are proud to say we never have been involved in any bond forfeiture, or had claims made against us.

Area Served
We primarily operate in the Greater Puget Sound region. However, we have and will travel anywhere in  of Washington, Oregon and Idaho that the project requires.

Key Personnel
Donna D. Petzold - President
Ms. Petzold has over 15 years experience in all aspects of electrical construction office management, and 14 years as co-owner of Innovative Electric. Prior to that she has 10 years experience as Customer Service Manager for a major Washington Corporation. She holds an Associate Degree in Business, and a Bachelors Degree in International Studies.

Gunnar Petzold - Vice President/General Manager, Electrical Administrator
Mr. Petzold has over 30 years experience as an Electrical Contractor, first as co-owner of Electrical Energy Contractors and the last 14 years as owner of Innovative Electric, Inc. He holds a Washington and Idaho State Master Electricians license, as well Electrical Journeymen licenses in Washington, Idaho, Alaska and Montana. He has extensive experience in designing electrical systems, utilizing AutoCad and PLC programming. Mr. Petzold has managed some 400 projects including major installations, water and wastewater treatment facilities, airport runway lighting, and emergency generator system installations for various city municipalities.

James Yencich - Project Manager/Estimator
Mr. Yencich has 9 years experience as project manager and estimator - specializing in water and wastewater systems and controls. He holds a State of Washington Electrical Journeyman's license. He has 22 years experience in electrical installations. Most recently he worked on the City of Lynnwood Wastewater Treatment Facility, City of Chelan Water Treatment Plant, the Lake Chelan Reclamation District Water Treatment Plant, and the Snohomish County PUD Water Department SCADA System Upgrade. With over 8 years experience in energy management, communications, fire alarms, and HVAC systems he is our resident expert in building systems management.
