Project Description

Innovative Electric partnered with the conveyor supplier for this project to provide the end user with a complete turn-key solution for their full case conveyor.  By providing both the control system design and electrical installation Innovative was able to design the entire system with installation efficiency in mind, sensors, indicators and associated brackets were all specified with installation, durability, and ease of replacement a priority.  Control panel design and Ethernet remote I/O were utilized to reduce conduit and wiring.  Vertical integration of the controls and electrical install also allowed rapid response to changes with minimal impact to the overall schedule.  The end result for the customer is a top quality installation with reduced labor cost and an accelerated project completion.
